Cancellation policy
‘Life. Be in it’ has developed a cancellation policy that all participants must abide by. The following provides details on individual programs and services and any charges that may apply
Life Games (birthday party booking).
Payment must be received in full to confirm the booking.
If cancelled within 14 days and up to 2 days prior to the party date a $75.00 admin. fee will be retained
If cancelled within 48 hours of the party date a $100.00 fee will be retained.
If cancelled on the day full payment will apply. No refund.
If cancelled leading up to the event day and it is cancelled due to extreme weather conditions and you are transferring the booking to another day a $50.00 fee will be retained and a new booking will need to be made with the booking office.
If cancelling on the day due to extreme weather conditions and you are transferring the booking to another day a $100.00 fee will be retained and a new booking will need to be made with the booking office.
Life Games for Schools and Corporate clients
A non-refundable deposit of $100.00 will be required. If cancelled on the day and our staff have arrived on site full payment will apply. An invoice will be issued to the group and full payment will be required
If cancelled leading up to the event day and it is cancelled due to extreme weather conditions and you are transferring the booking to another day the $100.00 deposit fee will be retained and a new booking will need to be made with the booking office. You will be required to pay a new booking fee. |
